Welcome to YourFlow. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Description of Service
YourFlow is a cross-platform media curation tool that allows users ("Flow Jockeys" and "Flow Riders") to aggregate, sequence, and stream mixed media (including podcasts, videos, and RSS feeds) with episodic continuity.
2. Subscriptions, Tier Limits, and Lifetime Access
YourFlow offers free and paid subscription tiers.
2.1 Device Limits and Unlimited Flows
Paid subscriptions grant the user the ability to create and save an unlimited number of Flows. However, concurrent device usage is strictly limited based on your tier:
- Recurring Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual): Limited to usage on up to three (3) devices.
- Lifetime Founding Member Tier: Limited to usage on up to five (5) devices.
2.2 Lifetime Access Scope
The "Lifetime" tier grants you access to the unlimited flows feature and the 5-device limit for the lifetime of the YourFlow service. Please note: "Lifetime" refers specifically to the core features available at the time of purchase. As the platform expands, YourFlow reserves the right to introduce entirely new modules, separate applications, or premium add-on features that are *not* automatically included in the legacy Lifetime tier and may require separate purchases.
3. Advertisements (Not an Ad-Free Service)
YourFlow is NOT an ad-free service. We believe in supporting the original content creators. Therefore, any advertisements, sponsorships, or commercial messages embedded within the original audio or video files by the podcast host, YouTube creator, or native platform remain fully intact. YourFlow does not strip, block, or bypass these advertisements, and you agree to consume this media as originally monetized by the creators.
4. User-Generated Content and Zero Moderation
YourFlow allows users to create, publish, and share their curated Flows publicly in the Global Flow Directory.
4.1 Community Curation
The public directory is entirely community-curated. YourFlow acts solely as a technological conduit for aggregating publicly available RSS and media links.
4.2 NO Content Moderation
YourFlow provides NO moderation for the content of the publicly available Flows being shared. We do not endorse, review, or filter the media linked by our users. By browsing the public directory or riding a community Flow, you acknowledge that you may encounter content that is offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You access and consume all community-shared content entirely at your own risk. YourFlow disclaims all liability related to the content of any user-generated Flow.
5. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that YourFlow merely aggregates links to third-party hosted content. You must ensure you have the appropriate rights to consume the content you aggregate. YourFlow claims no ownership over the third-party audio, video, or intellectual property streamed through the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
